Pi Network

Pi Network is a digital currency initiative that enables users to mine and earn Pi coins using their mobile devices without requiring substantial computational power or energy costs. Launched in 2019, it was developed by a team of Stanford graduates and aims to create a decentralized and user-friendly blockchain network. Users can participate in the network by downloading the Pi Network app, creating an account, and engaging in mining activities, which involve confirming transactions on the network. The project focuses on building a community and ecosystem where Pi can be used for transactions, and it emphasizes accessibility to cryptocurrency for a broader audience, particularly those who may not have the resources to engage with traditional mining systems. As of now, Pi coins are not yet widely traded on exchanges, and the network is still in the development phases, working towards achieving its goal of becoming a fully functional digital currency.
